This app should have a lifetime payment option rather than recurring payments. Secondly, I’m not comfortable with the app reading all the information on my phone. This needs to be outlined clearly. Lastly, it requires deeper integration with the entirety of iPhone OS.
I love the idea of this and subscribed and paid so I could print my work. However the app would not let me print - I kept having an icon come up saying upgrade - I then pressed to upgrade and was told I have already paid - ( which I had ) so going in a loop and still not working. I then cancelled the complete subscription and set it from scratch and paid again in my daughters name- tried typing and still it would print and kept asking me to upgrade. I am now £5.90 out of pocket having tried this twice. Don’t waste your money
This used to be a game changer - the bionic reading technique itself is brilliant. The app is the worst app I’ve ever used. It’ll take your money and then say that your sub has expired. I’ve probably spent £40 trying to get this to work. Should have stayed just online like it used to be.
Great app so far, in the free version. I really want to upgrade to Premium Plus but I’ve realised it is £12.90 a month! In USD it is only $8.25. That is about £6.60 in GBP so why are we being charged twice that in the U.K.?

I found this app when it was free and I absolutely loved it. It was life changing. Then I opened the app and all the features I loved were put behind a paywall. I understand the need to fund the project but why a subscription? I would have paid a one time charge. And the monthly cost is very steep. I loved what you guys were doing but raising the cost because you could was mad.
The App is so poorly designed and not user friendly. Also the small limits on downloads for the price are outrageous, especially as if you upload a file and the app makes a mistake you need to correct it counts towards your small usage. Really poor all around, only redeemed by the fact the “font” itself is great. Sad that those who struggle are being extracted for all the money they can for an app that barely works. Edit: thanks for the response but you didn’t really engage with my concerns and instead just turned it into a sales pitch. Very disappointed really bad all around shame as the bionic text itself is so useful.
Been trying to cancel my subscription for months now. Still unable to. Have emailed and emailed but nothing back. Cannot cancel it on the app or online, you state there is an option, but there is not. I’ve even emailed the sales team to try and get a response but that was ignored also. 3 months of payments have gone out for an app that does not work!!!
I have paid for premium plus and it wont let me upload any files or pdfs or read anything that isnt free. Keeps telling me to upgrade my plan but I have already bought the premium plus
Have yet to be able to read a pdf, or work out how to read something in my kindle with this. Its ironic that a tool that could be so useful for people like myself with learning and processing disabilities is almost impossible to access without either a) paying for it or b) spending ages finding how to tutorials and videos about how convert files to use it. Someone needs to fund this so it can be easily accessible.
