This app is so helpful! I’m newly diagnosed and it’s been very overwhelming but having an easy and structured way to track myself has been incredibly helpful, I’ve shared my data with my Dr and he’s been able to help better adjust my medication based on this data! Highly recommend this app
I have used various apps for mental health but I find the Bipolar Mood Tracker to be a notch above others. It’s fun to use, user friendly and makes you give daily feedback on your mood but in an efficient and enjoyable way. It takes just a few minutes at most and you can access lots of extra features like reports that you can share with doctor. I highly recommend it. This isn’t like similar apps where you stop recording info after a while. I have not skipped a day because it gives me insight into how I am doing. I assume you would even be able to pick up on mania/depression creeping in because you have all that info constantly at your fingertips which can be like an early warning signal. This app is worth it.

I really appreciate this app, it helps me a lot to see trends in my moods, also helps me get my daily thoughts and feelings down so I can look back at them if I need to. Really recommend it to anyone who would like to keep track of their mood changes.

I have been looking for a simple and well designed app that I can track my moods with, and this app is definitely it, highly recommend it.
This is the first year I am able to be aware of episodes and I am looking forward to seeing my ups and downs of 2025 (that might be odd). The layout is clean and enjoyable to look at. The app feels intuitive and I enjoy the simple amount of information collected. Being able to add a note with each entry feels like I get to completely capture my episodes, without being overwhelmed. 👍🏼
