Very useful but…
This is a great app, and I have the full version but it’s frustrating that it sometimes takes ages to update itself when you turn it on. I also can’t get my ipad to synch the same way as my iPhone does.

Very good app
Overall a very good app for bird identification and locating nearby species (especially like the 'Rare species' locator); it's compatibility with eBird is also a great feature that allows you to check already seen species off. The only reason I can't give it 5 stars is because the free version is limited in species no. and search options. But more importantly I would be willing to pay a one off payment for the full version but it instead wants a subscription which as a student I can't afford.
Good but a few glitches
The app has good functionality and I use it in the field. However, it has stability issues; it often forgets your ebird login and even worse the downloaded for offline audio sometimes disappears leaving you in the field without the recordings you need. However, I'm still glad that I purchased it and I recommend it.
