Bistrot Pierre

First problem was although outside tables were open we were not allowed to eat outside. That was for drinkers only Second issue was quality of presentation of the set menus was basic and could have been addressed better Third criticism was that the steak sauce was very poor and did not taste like pepper sauce - could possibly be shop bought as we suspect the French onion soup was. Staff poorly trained and lacking in enthusiasm Not sure if I would recommend Bp to others but would like too - please can you look at improvements as the principles of the business are sound

Always delicious food x due to busy restaurant occasionally have to wait but its really worthwhile as the food is so good x staff are very friendly and thoughtful x highly recommend x

I used to have two bistro Pierre within fairly easy reach now. Both closed down Altrincham and Stockton Heath so I am stuck with points that I can probably no longer use unless I travel to Chester or Southport

Had a lovely scrambled egg bacon and mushrooms for breakfast and mum avacado on sour dough toast. It was lovely and the service by the assistant manager with attention to detail, sadly missed in so many restaurants nowadays, was exceptional. Nothing was to much trouble staff were great as usual. Joined the club and will return frequently cant wait. thank you to the assistant manager.

Although very busy , both service and food were good.

The food was delicious and served quickly. The staff were wonderful, friendly and very attentive. Always service with a smile.
