This app needs some serious work on it to make it fit for purpose. It has no record of future bookings so you can’t manage to alter or cancel them via the app, so you have to rely on the emails sent a day or two before the booking. Why not send an email the minute you book. Every other restaurant using an automated system does this! If you want to book your local BP it still requires you to use a drop down menu even if you tell it to use your current location. Why not declare a favourite as your default restaurant? Doesn’t pre-populate your personal details so you have to fill them in every time you book. At the very least link it to your personal details on the phone so you don’t have to type in every line! Trying to send app feedback simply pushes you back to the app without any obvious way of doing just that? As an aside, why do so many people use this feedback to praise or criticise their experience of the restaurant. It’s supposed to be feedback on the APP……! Doh….

Fabulous service today at Bistro Franc in Southport out with my Son Daughter and two Grandsons the venue service and food were fabulous

Changed up the new app had 1200 pints on the old app, and was assured they would change to Bistro pounds. New app useless. Can’t sign in with my current details, says it doesn’t recognise me. Trying to change password so leave an email address and they would send an e mail to change it. Never received one. No where to ring for help, e mails for help, no reply, and a call to my local Pierre says the problem is rife. GET IT SORTED. USELESS.

Won't sign me in. Won't reset password. The old app temperamental but let me sign in mostly .

Does not recognise my passwords when it sends a reset does not recognise the token.

We checked the website the day before and it said there was a £12.50 deal. We could have the deal in Eastbourne We have just been told that is has ended in Eastbourne Also one of us has a dairy allergy and they do not have dairy free spread. We are not very impressed

Closed the Newport restaurant without warning so no time to use reward points. Then deleted all points from account.

Had a wonderful evening in Bistrot Pierre Southport. Four people two sharing boards and two £15 bottles of Cuvée 94. A wonderful evening with great food, wine and a wonderful setting. Will be returning soon. Keep up the great work Southport. Barry and Lizzy

First problem was although outside tables were open we were not allowed to eat outside. That was for drinkers only Second issue was quality of presentation of the set menus was basic and could have been addressed better Third criticism was that the steak sauce was very poor and did not taste like pepper sauce - could possibly be shop bought as we suspect the French onion soup was. Staff poorly trained and lacking in enthusiasm Not sure if I would recommend Bp to others but would like too - please can you look at improvements as the principles of the business are sound
