Bit City: Building Evolution

Great, love it

I’ve played this game on several different devices for several years and absolutely loved it, however recently I’ve been noticing some issues with it, some times my game glitches and locks upgrades, and then when I close the game and re open it, some of my progress is gone. So far I’ve only noticed that my upgrades have been reverted, but the buildings I’ve already built do stay. Sometimes this bug can cost me a solid 2-3 hours of grinding. Please fix this. Once it’s fixed I’ll change my review to 5 stars.

First of all, “free” gifts shouldn’t mean that you have to watch an ad to collect it. Remove the word “free” and change it to “ad” and it’s a lot more honest. Second of all, the collect button on the side constantly flips over even after you have watched all the ads which has actually made the game not that pleasant to play as it is very annoying and distracting. I find that I can only spend a minute max playing the game now before I have to exit and give my eyes a break. Thirdly, apart from that, the game is very good. It used to be quite relaxing.

This game is amazing. One improvement that would really make the game even better would be if you could choose the type of building that is being build. I like to make my city look great. I try to get all the same type of houses in a row so everything looks uniform but it takes me hours and hours just to get the houses or businesses I want. I’d prefer if we could choose them! Rather then waiting for ever for the random selection it gives.

Great little game

Hey developers of Bit City, I’m really enjoying your game. It is quite addictive and fun. I especially like collecting all my special buildings in a city. However I have come across an annoying glitch that you should be able to fix. If I go into the game and I have money waiting for me and I quit out of the game the money in my vault disappears. Other than that thanks for making this!

Yes, it’s a clicker game, but they’ve done a very good job of it, and the detail in the pixel art is delightful.
