I try to open the app and it closes itself immediately. I have some crypto in the app which is the scariest part

Tried to buy a number of times over the past couple of months. Each time ‘moonpay’ fails, freezes, errors etc. makes the app useless.

Intended to try bitcoin for the first time to send a bitcoin payment of approx $10 and it refused to allow me to add under $32 to the balance. So I’m unable and try bitcoin out unless I’m willing to put an extra $22 in my account for no good reason.

Very easy to use safe and effective.

I had $50 of BTC in my account and was unable to sell it, as whenever I attempted to verify myself, it would say I haven’t enabled camera access and it isn’t even an option in the apps settings. No verification = no sale of crypto. Filthy scam artist app.

App might be great but when I turn off notifications for Price Alerts and News, I expect the setting to be honoured and not keep receiving notifications. Support did not respond when asked, so 1 star review as promised Update Developer response is belittling and ignored that I stated my bitcoin app notifications were DISABLED. Support did reply, I’ll credit them that… and checked I was on the latest version of the app (which shows it really is the app/platforms problem) And yet AGAIN.. another unwanted price alert just came through. I don’t normally get mad and leave bad reviews but you aren’t doing yourselves any favours here.

Some years ago I started investing in this Bitcoin, then for a while when my husband was being nursed, Inwas so busy Inforgot all about it. I am now trying to find out whether my money is stil around and as I am in desperate need I would like to know what has happened to it? Can you help please?

I can’t get my head around it to do even small transactions but I want to learn.
