BitGym: Laufband & Radtouren

Ich verwende die App schon seit einigen Jahre auf dem Laufband bzw. dem Crosstrainer, und kann nur das Beste sagen. Immer wieder neue Touren, einfach genial.

7,99 im monat mit automatischer verlängerung? danke, nein.

Keine Ahnung wie es funktioniert dass BitGym mit den Cardiogeräten spricht, aber es klappt einwandfrei! Die Cardio Trainings sind fixer Bestandteil meiner Workout Routine. Es ist jedes Mal eine Klasse Herausforderung bei der man an seine Grenzen gehen kann. Ich hoffe die Cardio Trainings werden noch weiter ausgebaut!

Update 2024: Finally an Alaska trail!!! This app is excellent - I use it on rainy/snowy days at home, in gyms, and on cruise ships during those long at-sea days. Hope to see more of Alaska soon plus Sabino Canyon in Arizona!! 🏔️🌵 2017: Just got a home treadmill with an iPad holder and discovered this app looking for something to watch like NordicTrack's iFit. I didn't need iFit & this app works great. The video runs faster than I'm walking and that pushes me to go. Alaskan trails are definitely needed!

I’ve been a subscriber for around 3 years and I love BitGym. I have a tv in front of my treadmill and rowing machine. The app has hundreds of tours on land (for running), roads (cycling) and water (rowing) although you can use any tour with any exercise machine. The tours can take you all over the world and the video quality is outstanding. It makes working out in any exercise machine a lot more enjoyable. I also want to emphasize that the support team is outstanding. They will help sort any issues that may arise. Although I have to admit that all the issues I’ve had are due to me not being very tech savvy, not from the app itself. Bottom line I am very happy I became a member. Great quality and great price. The app does have some guided/coached tours. I can’t comment on those as I prefer tours that have only the natural sound of the area. If I had to criticize something is that I wish tours were longer. They last 20-30 mins but the app takes you automatically to the next tour. Again I really enjoy BitGym. Worth every penny

The runs are fine, I love that it can tell your speed with the camera. I just dont need a coach talking at me, I want to pleasantly run. Great variety. I use nature sounds on my iPhone but the coach is still distracting.

I really want to use this app, but I find it so confusing. I know there are a few free tours to sample, but I can’t find any that are unlocked. There is a 14 day free trial, but when I signed up for that it turned into a 7 day free trial, and more expensive than shown initially. If you think I’m going to pay for an app that continues to push the purchase without letting me see what it is I am buying, you are on a whole different track than the one I am running. Please! I would enjoy this app. Let me sample the tours before you have credit info…I’m not giving you that first. If there are tours available free, do not make me search everywhere to try a couple. And get your pricing/free trial in order. You have a quality product according to those who recommended the app. ****** I am amending this review after support patiently explained how to use the app. I am enjoying the free trial right now, and will continue enjoying the tours after the trial has finished. The scenery is lovely, and the background sounds make the tour more immersive. The app is worth downloading if only to enjoy the free tours, but I do suggest the free trial so you can see all the choices.

Had some issues with no keyboard for entering password with AppleTV (second generation) but resolved it. Apple TV third generation works great. The videos are awesome!

I’m not a super-athlete and I’m not very competitive, but I do want to develop a consistent exercise habit. I get bored easily, so when I bought my exercise-bike, I wanted an app that would let me ride in exotic places all over the world, as if I was really there. This app does exactly that! I’ve tried 3 rides so far, and they’ve all been gorgeous. I keep going long past the point where I would have gotten bored and stopped if I was just watching TV. I find this kind of “sightseeing” very motivating and enjoyable. I now look forward to my nightly ride There are a few things missing though. I would like the ability to mark certain rides as favorites, so I can easily find them and do them again. I would like the ability to search the available tours by location, and by how long they are. For example: “show routes in Japan that are 30 minutes or less”. Etc. And I’d like the ability to rate each tour after I’m done, and to see other users’ ratings when I’m choosing my next ride. I hope these features get added in the future, but I still love this app. The HD video and real sound recorded on location are totally immersive. Project onto your TV and you’re riding through an adventure movie! I look forward to even more and better choices with future updates.
