Bit gym has been amazing for me I have lost over a hundred pounds in the last 2 years bit gym helps pass the time on the treadmill and rowing machine just wish they could get more walks in Scotland .review from Peter

Great but needs more content

The technology work’s really well on my exercise bike but there are two key issues for me firstly there’s only limited coached activities... needs much more content to be value for money

I am in love with it it is an awesome app I feel like I am riding for real but I’m not for indoor bike riding for my personal yes I love it

Makes daily exercise more interesting and fun

Makes daily exercise on the static bike much more interesting and fun. Love my virtual cycles through places I may never see for real but now have an ambition to visit.

Making exercise fun!

I absolutely love this app. I used it with a bike first and now with a cross-trainer. I don’t worry about picking a video specifically aimed at bikes - you should see the places I’ve “been” to on the hiking and running on - going up and down flights of steps takes your breath away. I love narrow tracks through the forests and going inside places you wouldn’t be allowed a bike. Try your machine winding it’s way through the narrow paths of Santorini! I tend to play my own music from my streaming app - I find my own chosen music more motivating. You don’t need any extra equipment (which is a great relief as my Wahoo cadence gadget gobbled up batteries) - BitGym has a technology that uses the front camera of your phone/tablet to detect your cadence or rpm and is astonishingly accurate. Customer support is incredible - I’ve had a couple of questions needing answering and both times the replies came within hours. Very highly recommended.

Great work out on bike It’s unfortunate as a pensioner I can’t take out a subscription so I therefore have to stay on Cardio one for ever But hey ho you can’t have everything Regards Michael

Just brilliant!

This is by far the best app for treadmill running. I particularly like the coached sessions, giving encouragement whilst pushing to improve. The most amazing scenery helps the time pass. Love it!

Bit Gym is brilliant

I’ve used it since 2015. It has revolutionised my indoor rowing. On a rainy day in Britain I can be virtually in a sunny place. It is one of the best things I have bought.

Love this apps especially for a 63 yrs old woman
