Worked good for 10 days
Bitly was good for 10 days but now when I try to generate link Bitly is showing error ‘failed to connect the server please try again’

Fantastic app!
Superb, minimalistic tool to manage bitmarks. Easy to group in bundles and retrieve. Good search function. Built-in mobiliser allows it to be used as a read-later app. And sharing these links to Twitter is a breeze! Doesn't have an iPad app to make use of the larger real estate.

Just crashes directly on opening on my iPad2!

The new redirection system you added is a shame act from you. And definitely will be the end of something called bitly. A great opportunity for your competitors.. I’m so disappointed of you and will never use your service again. I just went back and took down hundreds of your links I been using.
Doesn’t work any more
I loved it for years. It was a great place to shorten links and store them. But it doesn’t work for me any more. 😢
It was nice when it worked
I’m running IOS v 17.4.1 and have been using the free version of bitly for the last several years. When attempting to open a link in the bitly IOS app, the message is “Failed to retrieve link information!”. I suspect this is bitly phasing our their “free” app. The fees to upgrade to a paid account are too high for the occasional user like me. Be aware also to copy links created in bitly to an external program or pay $300+ to have the ability to export your links.
