Got a text and link purporting to be collecting overdue road toll (Made sense, been there, not paid a toll). Decided to delay the payment till later in the week, clicked again later and Bitly blocked it. No advertising or sales pitch, simply a big red don’t do it and a detailed explanation. When a service I didn’t pay for or subscribe to protects my interest without asking me for anything; I’m seriously impressed. Won me and I’ll be using the service, very cool guys - Thanks
Can’t log in
I use the desktop platform which works fine. However I have yet been unable to log into this app as it says continuously that it can’t find the server. So yeah apps does not work.
Can set up an account?!
I have iPhone 12 and iOS 15. yet I can’t set up a Bitly account….. Says my ‘Username’ needs to be between letters and numbers only , btwn 4-32 characters….. of which I tried several variations…. With no luck…. 😩 Can you help resolve this please…. Thanks in advance….
Love the app, but...
Have used Bitly on the computer for years and totally love it. Click stats are so helpful. BUT, they let the work-experience kid loose on the font colours for the iOS app. Please, please, please, Bitly team, consider those who may not have the visual acuity of an 18 year-old! Just get over the 'pretty' super-light grey fonts and move on to making all of the app legible.

Don't bother. This app is cumbersome to use - needs a simple way of retrieving and copying the shortened URL
Crash on open
App doesn't work anymore. App has always been quite poor, but it doesn't even work anymore. Using the mobile site instead.
Best URL shortener
I've been using Bit.ly for years - it's my favourite URL shortener but I only just realised there's an app. It has most - if not all the same functions as their website.
Pretty good
Wish it had an overall stats page like the web, and it still shows giant status bar on iPhone 6S.
