The app is good but I can’t change my mobile number because it’s always ask the old mobile number which is no longer accessible can you please help

Outdated and really really bad customer service

Yeah? I tried using this but it just doesn’t cut it. Trying to buy alt coins is just so hard. System is slow and tech support never answers. Their live chat seems to be in an indefinite queue.

I can’t even open my account! Their customer service is not responding!!!

Dont ever invest in this company its a scan, they are very fast fot process in deposit but for withdrawal its a problem you could not verify in order to make withdrawal or transfer.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

System is so slow compared to competitors. they cant handle a huge amount of trading volume, deposits, and withdrawals. currently the system is down for DAYS!!! Account ID verification takes 5 years before you get verified because they dont improve their system and hire more employees. They just want to make money!!! A lot of users have lost their HARD EARNED money due to this Trading App. I REPEAT DONT USE THIS APP!!! check out their telegram, All users are mad!!!
