Це жах а не біржа
1. Коли ми лістили свій токен, то саппорт був лише до моменту відправки грошей. Як тільки ми заплатили за маркетинг- нам почали відповідати дуже рідко.
2. На своєму особистому рахунку я торгував на фьючерсному ринку. Використовував ізольовану маржу. Моя втрата мала бути 1тис дол, а по факту я втратив 1тис і 2000$ комісії за ліквідацію 😀 2000$ комісія, і я цілий місяць спілкуюся з саппортом щоб дізнатися чому такий розмір і як вони рахують цю комісію. У відповідь я тільки чую «Зачекайте, ми розбираємося». Цілий місяць.
3. На корпоративному рахунку вже 8 місяців розбираються чому не можна виводити кошти. Я раз на тиждень їм пишу , а вони просять почекати.
В мене є всі докази, переписки, скріни. Готовий поділитися. Хочу щоб вони виділили більше коштів на якісну підтримку або хоча б почали працювати краще.
