Some basic features like answering call on ios is ridiculously difficult and get this no way to know if call still active and sometimes no way to hang up or end call. You have to hope the other party hangs up. Just ridiculous for the price. They are super expensive and keep increasing the price. I regret choosing but I am stuck.

Do not trust this App. Scammers are running this app.

The creators of this app emailed me saying I got a job offer for a company called omnipresent group. The offer letter they gave me was fake with fake address on it. There’s no trace of them online and they had me download this app to communicate with their “tech specialist”. After I downloaded this app they tried to get me to deposit a cheque on my personal bank to retrieve office supplies, that’d when I knew it was a scam. Once I told them I reported them this app suddenly stopped working. DO NOT DOWNLOAD ITS A SCAMMER OPERATING THIS APP. Please remove this app from the AppStore so these people can stop scamming others. Honestly find something better to do with your time. KARMA is coming for u mf.

Fraud

Despite advertising the capability, we have been unable to integrate Bitrix with Office 365. The response from their support was disappointing and unfulfilling - basically “yeah we know but we don’t know when it will be fixed’ type of thing. Pretty freakin’ expensive for something that doesn’t perform as advertised. Everything else I love and would be happy to write a positive review about our good experiences within the program. But unfortunately this is a deal breaker.

Our company have been working with Bitrix24 for more than 3 years. It’s a very complicated platform with lots of stuff, but less of them is working properly. As a service company we faced lots of issues during using this CRM, we asked for solving it through their customer service and technical support team but all our requests need development and none of them have been developed !!!

THIS IS A FAKE CRM WEBSITE. DO NOT TRUST IT. SCAMMERS ARE RUNNING IT AND WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY. Apple really needs to figure out how to better funnel out these fake apps.

Absolutely no other CRM can compare to Bitrix24. The system is just...perfect. All the info and tools are centralized, organized, and the CRM is easy to use and very very affordable. I sometimes ask myself how could they make it that cheap, with all the features offered.
