I felt bitrix24 is a good crm. But no. Often something is not working. This time all options for commenting, task, and activity are gone from mobile app. I will not suffer due to this so i am leaving. Weathered you fix it or not i no longer care. Hubspot is the best.

The CRM just opens a perpetual loading screen.

Единственное что смущает иногда это то как часто тут новые обновления приходят. Не всегда понимаю зачем. Но на самом деле действительно функционала становится больше, так что пусть лучше так

К приложению быстро привыкла. Техподдержка ко мне часто приходила по помощь, когда я что-то не понимала. Все работает, моя оценка 5.

Главное разобраться в системе. Да придётся потратить на это некоторое время но всего скорей оно будет того стоить.

Due to the strain the pandemic has place on my company. I had to downgrade to the free version temporarily. But they deactivated my business account with no warning. Please us Monday.com or some other reliable company. This company is not reliable at all. I don’t with bitrix24
