I activated my card and with in the space of 10 hours my card had a fraudulent transaction, how did my details even get out and how did anyone know I had activated it? With in 12 hours of receiving and activating it. Doesn’t make any sense

The way that bits shows information on adds and on another apps leads people to think that they are getting a credit card. After finishing the subscription you find out that you’ll not get a credit card but a store voucher. The purpose is long way different that the adds. For me it’s a fraud and should be investigated by regulators and finance agencies.
FCA HAS TO STOP THEM
Every time I look at my Credit Card Section within the App (iPhone) I get an internal server error and the app crashes. The app is up to date and I just updated to iOS 17.5.1. Restarted device and done all of the norm…
They have a bits shop credit card that gets pushed in your face as soon as you open the app do not go the biggest amount straight away like I did your account will be charged you’ll be put straight in the main menu then where then you can apply for a credit card that you can use anywhere (£50 max) and then the monthly fee card you can only use in there shop and not in your local shop or on holiday e.t.c I’m now down £62 and will not be getting it back stay away from this
Don’t get fooled into thinking your getting a £5100 credit card for £140 per month subscription fee. When you buy on the credit card you can only buy store gift cards at £25 at time and you have to pay 70% of the value yourself (not on the credit card they give you) and the remaining 30% goes on that credit card. It would take a long time to use up £5100 on 30% value of store cards. No one to complain too so just wasted my £140 for nothing.
Avoid at all cost
Let’s see, a credit card, that you pay a fee for that you can’t use. £100 limit. Can’t use in store, at a cash point or online. When you ask, you’re told it’s down to ‘security measures’. A, it’s a brand new card. B, it’s only £100. And C, you pay a fee for it. I’d avoid if I were you. Utter rubbish.
The app looks great but it is only for Americans? It won’t allow me to find any UK postal address so I’m assuming we can’t use it? It did show me in clear score it was available.
Literally signed up about an hour ago as I stated that it’s a credit card but when accepted it takes you to their “bits store”. Couldn’t get in contact with their customer service, keeps coming up with an error page and doesn’t give you the option to call. Even trying to delete the account is shocking that you have to email them to request that. Once the payment has gone through I’ll be getting it refunded by my bank. Just wish I had the option to eat them ZERO STARS. DONT FALL FOR THI SCAM!!
