Failed exchange

Your verification process is just so worthless. Sent 2 different ID that was accepted by other platforms. Coming to your own platform; your stupid system can’t detect the photos. But the same ID used in verifying other platforms. And you people are sending me messages to join your beginners stupid stuff😡😡😡

Unable to trade

I don’t know what is going on and it’s really frustrating that for the past two weeks my money is stuck, bitstamp have refused to credit me money or say anything about it despite my complaints. Still my account is disabled from trading as well without any reason given. I’m starting to think bitstamp is a fraudulent platform, cause you cannot hold someone’s money without giving a reason for that for more than 2 weeks and at the Same time disabling he’s account. Please I don’t even want to use the platform again just return my €1000
