This company now one month they suspended my account with my coins can not even withdraw my fund with no reasons try to contact them many amd many time with no logical answer

I start used this app a year ago in 5/05/2022 I bought a currency and i spend about 7500£ And my aim was to safe this coin for long term as all of you now all currency go down and bitstamp close my account for no reason and they sell my coin without my permission and they just pay me 1500£ so i lose 6000£ And i lose the coin

Had Bitstamp for some months. Support was helpful. Bought a new phone and tried to setup on new phone, and had to reset the 2fa: They asked me to upload my ID again, record and then stupid video of myself. I decided it wasn't worth my time. So I just used my Binance account instead. I refuse to julp through hoops like a circus clown for companies any more.

Good app overall, but face ID unlock doesn't work even though everything enabled in settings. Always have to put in the unlock code.

Would not rate this app at all! Took forever to deposit money into, having to ring every single time to see where it was as it would take 1/2 hours to deposit something as small as £10. Trying to withdraw and it’s saying all deposits are currently disabled both in BTC and GBP! When I’ve never withdrawn before? Rang customer service a number of times to get an update to get the same response every time from a girl called Alex of the time “getting a response in the shortest time possible” but having no update whatsoever. Extremely frustrating especially when they’re happy to take money but not give it back. I’m going to research other apps but would suggest to look at other apps instead!

Bitstamp is one of the worst platform so far. First of all their trade percentage is double than most of other exchanges, if you can not trade more than 400.000$ in 30 days. If you reach 400.000$ then most of other exchange would offer you 20 times better choices for sure. I highly suggest you all to read fees and must be careful more than any other exchange app. You have to pay some fees for fiat withdrawals! They also have weird fees like administrative cots like 50£ which means they are trying to extortion you. Charts are really poor. If you ever seen any other crypto exchange app you will feel like watching 144p. You can not even imagine! I asked myself that why they spend more money for advertising than developing their app ? They have nothing to offer anything better than others and they are far from being good. And after a while I was emailed by bitstamp which informed me that my account was terminated. They already blocked me to access my account. Email was ending like “ Your remaining Bitstamp account balance will be debited as administrative costs “ All these are my own experience which I tried to help you to make your choice carefully. There are many significantly better crypto exchange app. They have better app, better customer service and less fees. They are trying to help you, reward you like launchpads, airdrops. they will give you free tokens and many other things. Ignore me and Ask yourself why bitstamp ? Instead of Coinbase, Kraken, Gemini, FTX, Huobi, KuCoin, Gate, Binance or even Hotbit. They definitely have more options more tokens etc. What does bitstamp make better than others ? My answer is simple, NOTHING!!! Good luck you all.

This app has locked me out took my money and taken over 3 days to confirm verification when all proof has been sent. Been contacting them it’s like talking to a robot who gives one reply a day or nothing at all. I want my money or account back this is getting ridiculous

Not many option to get intouch if needed it’s abit slow also I don’t quite us d’est and what I’m doing an there’s nothing really telling me or helping me

I’ve been in contact with bitstamp for awhile trying to cash out money because I reported a hack on my account with funds inside and been asking them if they can help for me to cash out but I’ve been waiting 3 weeks calling them all the time yet they keep saying there’s no updates on your account 🤦🏽🤦🏽
