Bitwarden Password Manager

Thank you developers for adding all features even if you are not premium. I subscribed to annual premium not really because of the app, but to support the developers since they provided great features with free version already. This app needs improvement with Interface though.

Works flawlessly on iPhone, saved me money from 1P subscription.

Don’t listen to the negative reviews you see here, I’ve been using Bitwarden for years and never experienced any issues with my passwords, even my master password has been working ever since. I’ve worked in a cybersecurity company before and we use Bitwarden on a daily basis. Just always remember to secure your account and do not lose your master password or recovery code! Its a wonderful app once you get everything setup.

Bitwarden keeps on telling me that I have been logging into a new device but I don’t recall doing so. Can’t deauthorize these devices as well.

Great password manager considering it is open-source. But it got two serious issues: **No. 1: The “Vault Timeout" in the app is not sync at all with Bitwarden’s autofill instance of the app within browser. “Vault Timeout" is set to “15mins” and “Timeout action” is set to “lock”. Meaning my bw’s vault should still be accessible for 15mins through browser’s autofill instance of the app. But this is not the case. Once “timeout action” is set to lock, it asks for master pass in the browser. **No. 2: Backup service is really complicated and difficult. It is not smooth at all and gives headache to any new user. You would be always worried to lock yourself or something during the procedure. This part of the app needs a huge work and the main drawback as of now. All these said, it is still a great app. Thank you developers!

I havent opened my account for almost a year and when I did, only my facebook pw was left. Glad I saved them on other platforms

I’ve been very paranoid about online security, so I searched for solutions. Password managers are one of them and I heard a lot of good things about Bit Warden. So far my experience has been great. It’s easy to use and very convenient once everything is set up. It feels very secure with multiple log-in requirements. Thinking about the paid version soon.

Will update review when bug is fixed. I am always getting an error when I try to update my password. I already restarted device and update to latest version. Update: I uninstalled the app, restarted my device. Now I can’t even log in! This is getting absurd.

DO NOT USE THIS APP. I repeat DO NOT USE THIS APP. They are having problems. I tried logging in to the website and it works. I deleted the app and reinstalled because I can't add new passwords to my existing app. When I try adding new passwords, it says "an error has occured" so I reinstalled the app. Upon reinstalling, I typed my master password which 100% works because I was able to log in to their website, it says "error code 2". I dont have a vpn nor a proxy. I tried with mobile data and wifi. This is a cautionary tale. DO NOT USE THIS APP.
