CIMB have really screwed up this time
Cimb introduced this new log in system and now I can’t get into my account or access transactions because they provided zero training and no info on the web on how to use it. Really makes me sick that I have to go to a bank and get help on this. Considering g they keep shutting down branches and keep moving my “home” branch since they keep closing them I am mega annoyed with these people. Time to look at competing banks I think. The mobile phone codes WORKED. This new token system.. if I really say the words I feel right now my review would be banned Very poor effort by this bank
