El día 24/08 quise dar de baja el trial porque no me funciona bien en mi tablet. Ya me habían facturado y no hay forma de comunicarse con alguien para que se corrija la situación. Se ve que es una táctica para recaudar dinero con el trial. Y se ve que no saben la situación económica de los países latinos que te sacuden 11 euros que sumados a los impuestos que nos cobran pe comprar en el extranjero son unos 20 euros finales… gracias por nada bkool.

Intente utilizar la app pero al no ser compatible para iPhone cancelé la suscripción al momento. Aún así llevan 6 meses cobrándome 10 usd todos los meses. Los reclamos los recibe un sistema automático de respuesta. Cuando finalmente tuve un mail de respuesta dijeron que por “ Términos y condiciones” no podían reembolsar el dinero, que daban por cancelada la suscripción y que no habría más cobros. Aún así, el mismo día volvieron a cobrarme otro mes más.
