Konkurrenz schlägt BKOOL
Leider gibt es bei der BKOOL App auf dem Handy sowohl die Version auf dem PC immer wieder Probleme.
Ausfälle, Abstürze und einfach Login Probleme kommen häufig vor. Dies entspricht ganz und gar nicht den Standard und bei einer bezahlten Version echt schade.
Auch der Kundenkontakt ist hier nicht empfehlenswert.
Bei Software Problemen wird zwar auf mögliche Fehler eingegangen, jedoch ist hier erstens hohes technisches Verständnis des Anwenders nötig und zweitens kein Entgegenkommen ersichtlich.
Es stellte sich heraus, dass die neue Version nicht auf den bisherigen Geräten geht.
Nun habe ich ein Abo, dass ich aber nicht nutzen kann.

was soll das für eine App sein wo man sich erst einmal mit persönlichen Daten anmelden muss um diese zu starten ? Das ist doch eine Fake App um Adressen abzugreifen. Vorsicht Adressensammler. Fake APP
Login Probleme durch Zufall gelöst
Die Login Probleme konnte ich durch Zufall lösen. Ich hatte am Rechner einen Account angelegt, aber meine Daten wie Alter, Gewicht, .. nicht vervollständigt. Beim Login auf dem iPad sollte ich diese Daten eingeben, was aber nie beendet werden konnte und immer wieder von vorn begann. Ich habe die Daten am Rechner vervollständigt und jetzt klappt auch der Login am iPad.
Apple Watch-Unterstützung?
Offensichtlich wird die Apple Watch nicht mehr unterstützt. Schade.

It is impossible to connect my bike. Connection with other Bkool app is no problem. I send mail to BKOOL to ask for instructions. Never received a reply. The classes were initially part of bkool bike premium app. Now it seems I need 2 apps with 2 premium membership for the same services.
