I’m really happy to work with Blacklane Company, here I learned how to become professional chauffeur, i worked with lots of companies and rides providers but here’s learned different experiences. I like their policies and standards, and i more loved how Blacklane stands on implementation of their policies. To be honest here’s i experienced the highest quality of management and standards. I am very disappointed with their job offer notification. As soon as the job offer comes it disappears within one second. Their policy on the job offer says it allows 4-5 mins to review the job and option is except or decline but that never happens. So looks like they are manipulating the system and they want drivers to accept the job without reviewing and then if driver cancels they charge driver 20% from each job gets cancelled by driver which is absolutely unacceptable. But if client cancel a job the driver doesn’t get paid. Which is very unfair. Also it’s very unsafe for the driver when notifications comes and they rush to view the job which is already disappeared. We have reached out and put a complaint which came from driver and our company staff but we didn’t hear back from anyone about this issue. I really hope some one will resolve this issue and email us back with a resolution as we put our best to service your client. Thanks.

Most of the time jobs offer notifications or not real. Even though the policy says chauffeur must review job details before accepting it . But the offers get despaired as soon as it notify within a second. While it shows 5 minutes to respond. Also when a driver cancel a job they charge 25% . But when customers cancel a job driver don’t get paid nothing.

Hi Sir, I am requesting to your good office that Since I have opened my individual Chauffeur partner account with Blacklane. I dont have good experience in this ratings evaluation process. When it come to building a good rating one star increases one point, on the contrary if one guest give a low rating there is decreases of 13 points what a bised rating evaluation system. In fact if you dont care chauffeur ‘s mental health state then how can management expect good quality work and results. Whenever, I had disputed ratings I was never ever listened only the customer side was given importance and respected. I have a vast experience in this industry more than 15k safely completed rides. This extra ordinary strict environment on Blacklane has shown to the Chauffeurs a new way they are opening their own businesses account on google and making good money. That’s why in the market there are so many whatsApp groups offering good prices jobs. You are humbly requested to pay attention on individual Blacklane pratner account holders ratings system.
