The BlackBerry® UEM Client integrates iOS devices (iPhones and iPads) with your organization’s enterprise mobility management (EMM) software: BlackBerry UEM or BES®12. Once activated, the BlackBerry UEM Client enables:

• Secure access to work email, calendars and contacts
• View administrator controlled configuration of work-related policies
• Easy installation of your organization’s approved mobile apps
• Dual business and personal use of mobile devices for Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) policies

Additional security and enterprise mobility management capabilities are available for BlackBerry UEM-managed iOS devices with BlackBerry® Dynamics apps such as BlackBerry® Work installed, including:

• Secure mobile productivity apps for document editing and sharing, intranet browsing, and more…
• BlackBerry Dynamics SDK and app-wrapping and containerization for internally developed enterprise apps
• Popular enterprise apps, secured for UEM-managed iOS devices
• End-to-end secure connectivity

There is no reason for this app to exist. Slows down iPad massively when it is running. You need to get your act together BlackBerry, anymore junk app like this and you will soon stop to exist.

Face ID doesn’t prompt

Face ID doesn’t prompt but password when switching between Blackberry Work (once it’s timeout and redirected to UEM (while UEM is running in background) and other apps! This issue should have fixed in previous version but appears again.

Does not work with new iPhone SE 2020

I cannot activate the token even though I follow all instructions. It keeps popping up error. A piece of rubbish.

it couldn’t jump to Blackberry Work after launching UEM client.. anything else can do?

Just don’t understand why this app exists

There may be tons of reasons why this exists from a tech perspective but as a causal user I just don’t get it why the heck I need to be redirected back and forth between Work and this. I have been using Work most of the day and it’s just annoying to see all the redirections. I understand there may be a need to have an app to centralise all authentication among Blackberry family of apps but why can’t it just be Work?

App needs to be reinstalled many times during updates. Also, app switches from app to app (eg Work to Uem or Access to Uem) every use. Please develop a program to make use of BB apps more convenient.

Jumping between apps

The constant jumping between the apps (Work, Access, UEM Client) is a terrible experience. There has got to be a better solution to this.
