Using corporate version but my colleague and I encounter the same problem after upgrade the iOS to version 13. Same problem after further upgrade to 13.1 and 13.1.1. Please fix the problem.

The mobile app seems like a kludge that is tacked on to BlackBerry Work, which I no longer even use.

I still get badge notifications for chats I have muted. This has been ongoing for more than 2 years. Please fix this.

App works fairly well, but there is some strangeness when a trackpad is used, for example, to click an chat in the left column. It may take several clicks to select, or may not work at all, and then the highlight state is inconsistent. However, if you use your finger to tap the same chat item, it selects the chat as expected.

Desktop can see everyone’s status, but the mobile version cannot

Not enough fail safe is built. It crashed 20 times already regardless of deleting and re-installing the app.
