BlackVue Battery

Bedankt BlackVue, nu hebben we weer iets aan deze App. Het werkt weer als vanouds……

Na update zie ik de capaciteit niet meer van de batterij, heel erg onhandig. Graag een oplossing aub Batterij kost 450€ dus mag best werken

Na de laatste update van 1.07 kan ik geen verbinding meer maken met de batterypack. Hij doet het 1 sec en daarna niet meer. Voor dit soort bedragen mag je meer verwachten. Slecht! Graag fixen.

Na de update naar versie 1.07 kan de app geen verbinding maken met mijn batterypack B-124. Hij wordt wel gezien als Bluetooth. Bij het verbinden maakt hij voor 1 sec verbinding waarna de verbinding weer verbroken wordt. De app al meerdere malen geïnstalleerd en ook de batterypack uit en aan gezet. Graag een fix uitbrengen….

It works well im very satisfied with this app. However i see the maximum capacity is capped at just 60000 could you change this to a higher number that would make Reading for very large capacities more accurate

Doenis fixen!

Just got the B-130x battery and the battery app does absolutely nothing. The Bluetooth light on the battery doesn’t even turn on. The app just says ‘scan’…the circle of death appears on the screen, then just stops circling. How am I supposed to know how much charge my battery has? At least the old B-112 at least had charging lights….but then again the cheap plastic wires were charred black and almost set my car on fire. These devices and accessories can be really great if BlackVue would invest in the actual utilization so that functionality actually works, especially since none of it is cheap.

I keep scanning for the battery to connect and nothing. Blackvue cam and LTE work perfect. 0 stars

You guys have made plenty enough money on these batteries and cameras that you can afford to fix your app!

UPDATE 17Apr23: Still using v 1.08 Usage Time Remaining does not work for one of my 2 batteries. 1.08 happily and consistently finds my 2 batteries, Please fix this NOW!!! Back to 1 star ============================================ UPDATE 3March2023: With the newest v 1.08, at least initially the app now, finally appears to be able to find both of my batteries quickly and show the status of the batteries correctly. Upgraded my rating from the horrible 1-star rating to 3 stars. Will find out now if the app consistently works as it should. ============================================ Original review This software is buggy. I have 2 B-124X battery packs and 1 B-124E expansion battery in one car. This app frequently fails to find one of the battery packs or both battery packs. Repeated scans eventually find one or both. After viewing the information of one battery pack and then trying to return back to the list of battery packs the app tries to scan for them and ALWAYS FAILS TO FIND EITHER ONE. I have to wait until the scan fails and then try to scan again --- resulting in either one, both, or none being found. PLEASE FIX YOUR CONSISTENTLY BUGGY SOFTWARE!!! You charge way too much for these batteries to supply such defective software!!! Update: December 27, 2022: app completely broken today doesn't work at all zero please fix immediately
