BlackVue Battery

As others have mentioned, v1.07 of this app no longer reads the battery information. However I was directed to use the new Blackvue App instead and it successfully read my battery information. Blackvue have created confusion with all these legacy and new Apps still available on the App Store.

Bought the battery to use this feature. Hope I had read reviews. Not recommend.

After updating to V1.07 the app no longer reads the battery information on my B-124X. The app says it is connected. The bluetooth settings on my phone says it’s connected but it still won’t read info. Please fix

Blackvue battery manager used to work fine until v1.07 was released, now can’t connect to my B-124X battery. Another phone still using v1.05 still works fine. Very annoying, Blackvue fox the issue please

This has always been a poorly written software, but the 1.07 updat totally killed it. I have it in three phones but I cannot read either of my B-124X batteries. It connects but then it cannot read anything. This is garbage.

When I had a Samsung phone, the app would connect 100% of the time, however, now I’ve changed to a new iPhone, it does not connect at all. Would suggest it has something to do with IOS. Please fix this.

You seriously need to look at this app. It’s a disaster. I have downloaded it 4 times, and I’m sitting in my car less than 1 foot between the phone (fully charged) in its cradle and the camera and it will not connect. As I said a disaster of an app.

Was working for a few months, now it just crashes the app whenever I attempt to view battery status. Using updated iOS 14. You guys need to fix this as it was part of the reason I purchased the unit: to be able to monitor the battery via an app.

Wont pick up my device during scan mode.

I have installed Blackvue Power Magic Battery B - 124 which is running my DR 650S - 2 ch cameras. The app is working excellent, not every battery will work, if it doesn’t have Bluetooth, I strongly recommended installing this battery as it’s perfect for all blackvue camera’s and compatible with the app. 👍
