Very basic controls and works as expected for the most part. Not having HomeKit support is a real downer.
Basically just a remote for blinds that’s on your phone. UI is fine. Wish there was a way to preset some blinds to always raise or open to a certain height weather their too down or bottom up.
Some blinds open properly at sunrise but don’t close at sunset. Some blinds don’t work at all. Others work perfectly, but only on certain days. The company reports that they update the software, I just don’t see any changes. Maybe the engineers should go to a customers house that is having problems (clearly I’m not the only one) and figure this app out. Even my installer says his blinds are inconsistent
Unable to complete last step of the pairing process. The blind joggs four times and beeps three times indicating successful connection, however, the countdown timer times out before successfully adding the blind to the Bliss app.
Crashing anytime you try change timers now. Needs a lot of overhaul for status of shades, etc. not user friendly.
The app is supposed to show the state of each blind - if it is up or down, if it needs charging, etc. Mine never shows the proper state for my blinds, so if I can’t physically see them, I don’t know if they’re up or down. As far as charging, sometimes they will change but more often than not, they don’t. I’ll have just fully charged one and it will still show yellow or red instead of green. Finally, when I press the button for one group, another random group will also often come on. It’s not because I’m fat fingering it, they usually aren’t anywhere near one another on the screen.
I highly reccomend you do not buy blinds that use the bliss bridge
I’ve connected to the bridge Wi-Fi, but when I return to the app, it instructs me to connect to the bridge and won’t let me past that screen.
Great when it works which about 10% of the time for me. Glad I got the remote so I am not solely dependent on the app.
