BlockYT for Safari

Does this work in the YouTube app or only in safari browser? If so, it’s not working for me at all. Still see recommendations and shorts after following installation instructions in the app :(

Waste of three dollars

Youtube sees I installed thiis and it actually stops video play now. I dunno if anyone else is having the same issue. Please help

My 9 year old figure it out in a minute. If you go to the YT browser and put a channel’s name that has shorts, you can watch them all.

UnTrap YouTube is cheaper, has way more features, and, most importantly, blocks more of YouTube's addicting UI features like autoplay and etc. This app only blocks recommended videos and then stops there. Useless.

I love this app and want to use the new Shorts Blocking feature, but it seems to have issues on iOS, notably when trying to search for videos or navigate to a channel. This only happens when Shorts Blocking is enabled.

I was looking for a way to disable shorts on YouTube in safari and this does it perfectly- absolutely worth the price.

Does exactly what it says it does—an invaluable sanity saver that's worth wayyyyy more than $3
