Why will I lose my data?!
I understand that I will lose my history when you upgrade this at the end of April. I am very disappointed to hear this as the whole point is to track a history. I may as well simply record the data on a spreadsheet. I don’t find the interface particularly intuitive but maybe that will improve with the upgrade. Similarly I don’t like the graphs for a few reasons: - they don’t indicate the time between readings. The plots are evenly spaced even if you’ve missed a day/week. It is also only possible to see 14 days - it would be good to see more
Really very good
Does exactly what it says it will do - very easily. Would definitely recommend for easy monitoring. My own small problem quickly rectified- thank you.
Like having your doc in your phone
I always get nervous when having my blood pressure taken at the doctors, but can relax at home when using my own monitor. It not only tracks my readings, but also provides helpful insights into what they mean and lifestyle improvements I can make to improve my health. My doctor also loved how it exports my information in a clear and concise manner, making it easier for him to understand my overall health and blood pressure.
Blood Pressure monitoring
I've recently been told I have high blood pressure by my GP and started medication for it but was also advised to become more healthy. Downloaded the app after watching Abraham's video on Youtube and I couldn't be happier with the results. The app gives me clear explanations of what my blood pressure means and compares results nicely but best of all tells me how to be more healthy.

Blood pressure monitor pro is now my go to for health monitoring, I first came across it when watching Abraham’s YouTube channel. I’ve used countless health-oriented apps but this one blows all others out of the water, it really is a game changer. The app is really easy to use and perfect for anyone looking for anything from simple blood pressure monitoring to the more advanced lifestyle analysis. I personally love the 7 day blood pressure and lifestyle comparison - really helpful in making changes to improve blood pressure. 10/10 couldn’t recommend more highly!
Great App!
I started using this app, after seeing it on Abraham’s YouTube video. I’ve found it easy to use so far as it has a user friendly interface. I particularly loved the 7 day BP and lifestyle comparison! The lifestyle analysis has been a great extra for me as it has pointed out things I can do to improve my BP further. Sending awesome vibes to fellow app users!
