The apps always need to be updated and I have to re-enter all my information. Hate it

The app is super slow. When I submit a claim, it loads 10 seconds after each tap!

每次用都要update，都要搵過user name pw，重新登入，博麻煩少人用？有邊個app update 完次次都要入過晒啲資料？
