Never again

It took over a MONTH to receive my product I asked about it and after 3 hours was told that they “ told the fulfillment center” a few days later it finally shipped but it would have been nice to receive the product on time. Especially if their website says they” take pride in fast shipping” and they “ ship 1-2 days of product being ordered”

Used to be great. Not anymore.

I used to love shopping here. They had the best prices and free shipping and everything was of high quality. But now they have started with the drop shipping garbage which are lower quality products with no brands and no tags. They are sell outs like many other boutiques, unfortunately. They lost the personal touch that used to make them different. I also don’t appreciate the constant complaining about how expensive shipping is while in the same breath bragging about their elaborate luxury vacations.

This is by far my favorite boutique. They give great fit advice and have the best prices including free shipping over $34. Their customer service team is great at answering questions. I’ve never had to wait more than one business day for a response. This business is very professional and they seem to be very genuine people. I am a silent watcher most of the time but I do ask questions occasionally on a live and have gotten answers from Shannon, Lissa, and Isaac, so I really don’t believe they play favorites as was mentioned in a previous review.

I have been shopping with shan/guy for over a yr now and they are one of my favorite places to shop! So addicting lol. Highly recommended! Plus they have the best hearts and just are overall good people! ❤️

This is more then just a place to shop! It is a true community family feel environment! All members of this organization go above and beyond to make sure all of your clothes and sizing needs are met. They take TGI time to explain sizing and do their hardest to have something for every shape and size! They also carry phenomenal non clothing items! Highly recommend!

I used to love watching, but since they have grown they care more about telling us about their traveling everywhere and their egos have grown more then their hearts. Their motto is “be kind”, I think they need to try that themselves. They are NOT honest anymore, and I would not waste my money anymore. They never tell you when shipping is behind and get mad if you ask them about it. Her lives go by “ish” times. So she will say a live is 9 ish and not come on until 10. The most ridiculous thing ever. She cancels lives and doesn’t tell us until she is supposed to be on. We pay are hard earned money and she doesn’t realize that. She has her favorites and usually only comments to those people. BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THIS ONE!!!!
