Quick Sync just won’t do anything

Payed for premium in order to enjoy sync across different devices. Unfortunately, Quick Sync just won’t work. Tried to reach for help, no response.

Sync and sharing is awful

Quicksync does absolutely nothing. For my husband to be able to see a transaction that I entered (we are both synced to the same google drive account), I have to create a new backup and upload it (which takes ages), then he has to go and fetch all available backups (which takes ages) and then guess which one of the files is the latest and select it to restore to it (which takes ages). The amount of actions that have to get done just so both of our accounts are synced is INSANE. All of that overhead for a concept as simple as “all the account should have latest changes at all time”. The app should pull from backup upon opening, and push to backup after every change. And don’t even get me started on having to sync to a drive vs. using a cloud database. I’m confused, is it 2001 yet? Until all of that is fixed, we’re filing for a refund.
