Since update to iOS 18 two days ago I can’t even open the app.

Aplicação no geral muito bem pensada, no entanto não permite sincronizar com Dropbox, os backups da mesma aplicação noutros sistemas operativos não funcionam e vários bugs / serviços indisponíveis. Precisa de muita afinação para se posicionar no nível que deveria de estar. Falta de updates do desenvolvedor. Erros em transações passadas alteram os saldos correctos tornando uma dor de cabeça conseguir ter as contas sempre atualizadas

Já enviei email da situação. Nas transações os valores aparecem a zero. Tinha App Premium no andróid em novembro 2022sem problema. Comprei App para ios el 06 março 2023 e no dia seguinte este problema. Aguardo vossa resposta o mais breve possível. Um muito obrigado e Parabéns pela aplicação

I’ve been using Bluecoins for a while, and while it has great features for managing finances, my recent experience with customer support has been frustrating. After purchasing the premium subscription on November 5, 2024, I had to uninstall the app due to frequent bugs. When I reinstalled it, there was no option to restore my previous purchase. Hoping the app would recognize my prior payment, I clicked “Upgrade to Premium” again, only to be charged a second time. Despite reaching out to both Apple and the developer, I couldn’t get a refund or proper assistance. The lack of a functional “restore purchases” option has made what should have been a smooth process unnecessarily stressful. I hope the developers will address this issue and improve their customer support in the future. For users considering upgrading, I recommend being cautious to avoid the same frustrating experience.

-deleted transactions keep appearing -no updates -a number of nice functionalities are “coming soon” -duplicating transactions

Whenever I open some of the accounts I setup to make adjustments on my balances, the app closes.

I’m moving this app to my Iphone but autocomplete feature is not yet available.

I've been using it for 15 days Pros: Nice interface Cons: I noticed bugs from day 1: 1. Not reliable -inaccurate totals so you have to review all transactions again and only way to correct it is if I edit one transaction label. What happens when you've been using it for a year? You need to review everything. 2. some categories cannot be deleted once created - so do the entries 3. deleted entries pop-up in ghost categories 4. Keeps on crashing I get alarmed every time I see the balances are not balancing

I have the paid version. Some account balances as of date per main dashboard and accounts summary do not tie out despite reconciling the inputs.

I can’t open it after setting a budget 😭 I upgraded this to premium but now I can’t even open it
