Good Unit
I used it on a Jeep I wanted to buy and it gave a comprehensive list of faults. It was slow - took about 6 minutes. Also used it on Subaru. Could reset faults. But compared to Jeep the diagnostic functions are limited.

Bought this unit as a lot of reviews raved about its functionality but I primarily bought it so I can service my own car and clear/reset “service messages on my dashboard, I’m unable to find any option to do this. Audi A5 3TDI 2011 sport back 5 door P.S my car also isn’t supported in the error code assist
Phone connect through bluetooth but bluedriver does not connect with lots of vehicles: VW / Meecedes / Suzuki / ex
Phone connects via Bluetooth but BlueDriver does not connect to vehicle. It’s not what I expected and not why I paid $100
If you buying BlueDriver for anything other than American made cars don’t even bother as it’s not gonna support your vehicle It doesn’t recognize my 2010 Nissan at all and It doesn’t even read my 2017 Toyota yaris airbag code
Well worth having.. avoid dealer rip offs by having codes and typical fixes. Has saved me LOTS of money!
Scanned my codes, used ChatGPT to diagnose, cleared codes, good to go
It’s an amazing app easy to use
I use BlueDriver on a periodic basis to make sure all my systems are working properly. When I do get a code it helps me diagnose the problem and make repairs.
Look up the new parent company of this product. You will come the same conclusion I did. You don’t want to be anywhere near this outfit. Newer, ODB ports have way too much data being collected beyond just engine diagnostics. This company will harvest terabytes of information and at some point, sell it off in total to a third-party as they quietly cease business. Their income stream is not from selling the ODB scanner. It’s in the harvest of your information. Insurance companies are vacuuming up this data!!! Wait till your insurance rates go up because of the telemetry data this thing collected and they sold out the back door. Think about it ODB scanners are a saturated market. There is no money in producing one. Your purchase cost does not pay for their back end support but your information does.
