Very good device. The only one issue for people like me is the maximum voice level is not enough .

Worked great for a week

I have had B550XT’s and been quite happy. I moved to the B650XT and it’s been terrible. I’m honestly at the point of tossing it in the garbage

But after the firmwere update its not showing battery level . Someone suggest me how to show battery level again.

Le volume maximum n’est pas assez fort. On entend rien lorsque nous sommes dans un véhicule ou sur un chantier. Le volume maximum actuel conviens à un environnement silencieux dans lequel je n’aurais de toute façon pas besoin de cet article.

Do not download this app malfunction. Can’t use my headphones anymore after downloading it. Going to return.

Can’t update firmware through this app , I’ve had no success and the app says the update will take 20 minutes, why that long?

Junk.Brand new and won't charge past 10 min. Won't stay connected to phone. Tried to exchange it as faulty which it is and according to Support it is against company policy apparently.

What kind of company releases a new headset model without updating the app to include it
