Never invest in their 10 + 1 scheme. I am literally regretting, their making charges are unnecessarily way to high like I purchased a gold ring 18k of 1.2 grams only and had to pay 2100 making charges for that. And now I have balance of rs approx 1800 of my investment in my bluestone wallet ( which I cannot redeem into my bank account ) and ultimately have to buy something from their website and have to pay unnecessary making charges of 40% 50% Really waste of money, never invest you will end up spending on their making charges only for no reason. I could have got a 1g gold coin 24k with those making charges. There has to be some capping on making charges by the regulators. This guys are looting and fooling people in the name of 10+1 investment

I could give zero rating if it’s available I placed two orders with blustone, and both were disastrous. Two bangles I ordered came in broken condition. Not only was the product quality was worst, but their customer service is the worst I've ever encountered. Despite countless emails and requests for a detailed explanation, they refuse to provide any answers or take accountability. They won't even issue a refund with the benefits I rightfully deserve, even though the mistakes were entirely theirs. Bluestone has shown a blatant disregard for their customers, and I urge everyone to think twice before ordering from them. It's clear they don't value their customers or stand behind their products. Don't make the same mistake I did. There are plenty of other brands out there that offer quality products and actually care about their customers.

I have purchased an ear studs worth 16k for me and on using the ear studs i got to see that the Colour of the Gold became blackish and The shine of the Diamond has gone. On complaining for 2 to 3 times they never responded. One of the most pathetic and worst company ever. Never Buy Anything from Here. Personal suggestion to everyone. 🤬🤬🤬

wanted to discontinue relations with you guys . I need to shoot a complaint as at the time of purchase you guys quote that daimond will be exchange for the whole amount of the product but yesterday I came to know you guys deduct making and gst what a technique you guys are using to fool customers will not continue any relation with bluestone going forward Also I wanted to withdraw my money from the 10 plus 1 plan running .What required from my end kindly tell I need my money back from your guys not interested to buy any jewellery now

Worst customer service in the industry, today with so much competition don’t understand how this company is surviving with such a rude behaviour towards customers.

There store team operations are completely fraud, where they would first take your orders and money in advance but later start giving excuses and actually force you to change the item what you order. So pls be aware of them and would suggest to check caratlane as it has Tata trust

I ordered on 2nd of April they give me delivery on 13th of April still i didn’t received my order as they rieun my occasion ver bad service by bluestone really pathetic experience

Staff of vijayawada showroom named mamatha called me and asked me to convert my gold scheme from showroom saying that I would get coupons and i could change it to a 6 month plan…..i agreed because I wanted to use it to buy a gift…..after promising she couldn’t deliver that…….it ended up being a 10+1 plan anyway…..why make fake promises and not deliver?? On top of that she made me to cancel my bluestone order i placed saying that if i placed that order from showroom ill get a discount, after I cancelled she tried to sell me random things, not the ones i ordered.now I realised i got scammed, and placed order again in site . the price of items i chose increased by 8%. Such fraudulent behaviour from ur employees makes us trust u less bluestone… please keep it in mind while hiring these people.

Bluestone is great in Genuineness.. Great products.. Great delivery.. Moreover their buy back and exchange policy is exactly what they are promising..
