BM Soft Token

It’s working fine but now it’s not ( please solve this issue asap )

The app is completely unfunctional. Can’t link it to my BM main app because of a server error. Upon contacting support, they claim it’s my fault, and that there’s no issue on their side and that I should try again later. Complete failure. Don’t bank with BM unless you have to.

لو اعرف اعطيه سالب 5 نجوم اعطيه ياريت اللي يعمل تطبيق يجربه على اكثر من تليفون واكثر من نظام الاول قبل ما يصدره للناس يقرفهم بيه

Very bad application. Customer service are not able to solve the problems regarding this application.

every time i try to use the OTP it sends a General error message please fix this garbage app i want to use my money

لا يدعم بصمه الوجه.

يعني المحفظة بقالها اكتر من تلات شهور و دلوقت ال soft token بعد تفعيله شهر واحد فقط لا يمكن التفعيل ازاي نستخدم ال online banking وايه فايدته اذن؟!!!!
