The removal of Face ID in the latest update is disappointing. It was a secure and convenient way to access the app. Manually entering credentials now feels inconvenient. Please consider reintroducing this feature in future updates. Thank you!

Since ages I am trying to get this app working and it never did. Even when I obtained the support from the bank, nobody was able to get it working. It is the worst, even 1 star ⭐️ is too much.

I’ve using BM online for a long time. But I have a problem with the BM soft token. I can’t activate the Token to work with my BM online banking. Called customer service more than 12 times during 3 weeks with no success. Very upset. I can’t make transaction without BM token. Both application are property of BM. I’m using both applications on my iPhone 8 with iOS 16.7.10. This is a major problem to me. BM doesn’t provide hard token to use.

Generates too long activation code which bm oine doesn’t recognize.

I have ever seen a bad program like this , it has a lot of bugs when I try to transfer my money it gives me a small window says “general error” what should I do , really I hope the bank closes soon😡

Even after the biometric was removed, the reactivation process was smooth. 👏🏻
