• Never allow other people to access your mobile device using Touch ID or device password.

• Spend tracker is available with a personal BNZ credit card or transaction account, including joint transaction accounts.
• Non-personal accounts like family trust or business accounts won’t show in the spend tracker.

Magnificent Customer Service
Received an email informing my card had been blocked due to fraudulent activity. Called the bank and had an actual living lady on the other side of the phone! Pretty rare this days! She was friendly, efficient and confirmed that the message was genuine! Great to know the bank has our backs against annoying scammers! She then sorted the “old” card and gave me clear instructions on how to use my new card instantly. Well done BNZ this is an example of why I bank with your institution. Keep the great work going! Happy New Year!! Ana
Basic app for basic customer service
This app is very basic in functionality. Recently (for the second time) I’ve asked to fix my home loan via the app. Unfortunately nothing is displayed against the loan to fix it against, leaving the only options to sit on the phone for an hour whilst a call desk try’s to work the issue out or visit a branch. I’m also a KiwiBank customer and can happily vouch that the BNZ app is old and clunky in comparison

BNZ Banking App
In respect to managing your mortgage you won’t find better , given this is generally the biggest part of most people’s lives the repayment of your mortgage this app puts you in full control of both repaying , managing and calculating current and future payments with the added ability to make lump sums and adjust your repayments to reflect changes in rates at any time it’s perfect 😊

Does everything I need it to in an uncomplicated clear way. Love multiple accounts. Wish I could compare spending over longer period.
Great app
As a BNZ customer I love the app. I just wanted to pass on feedback with the new update. Whenever I hide an account, it randomly reappears when I login to the app a few days later. This has happened 4-5 times now. Can BNZ also consider adding card details to the app and dynamic security code like ANZ has done recently? Love it otherwise
