The Worst Banking App Ever
I changed my mobile phone and transfer my number to another provider. After that some problem occured and I could not get any SMS from BNZ. First I though it is a problem about my provider but then I realize I could not get SMS only from BNZ. Therefore, I called the customer service and explained whole process in details. However, customer service could not solve the problem and she said I do not understand why it is not solved? Normally when such case happen it is very easy to solve. Now, I cannot access my bank account and I have to visit to branch and customer service told me that it might not be solved in the branch too. Thank you for such app and IT system even cannot send authentication SMS properly :))
