Hello guys this watch is very good looking and nice material I'm really happy but the another thing you need to fix some issues in the boat crest app it is little harder to find the things and sometimes it has bugs I cannot change the weather I cannot fix the alarm it when I go for save the changes the app goes crash and then I need to again switch on the app and need to start from the beginning and after to reach the point again same thing is happen so you guys need to fix this otherwise the watches very nice the stars I gave only to the material and the case of the watch but the software in the application is not good please fix this thank you

Multiple times installed / attempted to connect the app but same error for mandatory firmware update “ tap update to install firmware “ but that update button not working. Tried 2 days 15 times on iPhone but not successful

Very very poor experience with boat, raised an escalation more than 10 days ago on activities not syncing but no response. Please return this watch & refund my money.

Boat is only good in sounds rest of its products are just waste of money same like this app which does not even load a single thing

This app is totally idiotic, always have some issues after opening it even couldn’t change watch faces!! Fire bolt and noise brand is much better than this Boat brand repenting after being customer of this brand …

I am not getting otp to Indian number. I have been try for it since yesterday. Still has not got the otp. Disgusting app.

I have been using this app for few months now. From above a month. It has started crashing as soon as the activity sync starts with the watch.I have a boAt wave Astra. It was working earlier perfectly, but now neither Data it’s synchronising not app is stable. Kindly help help with resolution.
