I placed my order and uploaded the right prescription. All other online medicine providers contact if there is any prescription issues. These lowkeys took the money from me and cancelled the order and asked me to wait for 10 days for the refund. I had my last savings spent on medicines and this company had to waste it. I am not buying from here again.
Pathetic customer service over Chat .. takes too long for agent to reply and then Suddenly no revert comes. Also for already doctor prescriptions there is no need for online doctors prescriptions. It’s just waste of time
Ordered meds more than a week ago and they only delivered one of the medicines, no update about the rest. Estimated date is long over and still shows shipped, no delivery update. NEVER ordering again
Being a regular customer since years as I do not have any options to order medicines for my parents my words are good enough to describe Netmeds that do not ever trust or order your needs from This guys if you have an option , either it won’t deliver to you nor never get refund unless you beg like anything! I have ordered more than 20 times so far so this is my experience. I never received any medicine within their estimated time and many times few products may not even get shipped but their portal platform shows it’s delivered. At last their customer service is worst in the operation system I ever see . Over all this is one of the reliance biscuit group company . Buy or get lost.
Very slow and bad service. I ordered medicines on 3rd May 2020. Delivery date mention on 9th may. But I didn’t received my medicines till now.
Online prescription ordering is a great convenience especially for elderly under-served population; this app is good but falls short in some aspects: once you place an order, and it has gone for approval, you cannot see it - you can only see it if it is approved. If there is an error because of which it gets declined, there is no way to retrieve it and make corrections. Prescriptions can only be uploaded in jpeg format - does not allow PDF - makes it cumbersome if the prescription is in the fourth or fifth page of a discharge summary. For me, the order was declined and then I was advised - airily - get the prescription rewritten by your doctor! If this is easy and convenient, then we wouldn’t want to order online! The people behind the service need lots of training and sensitisation.
Finally got dis aap for my essentials med.
