When Smart Pay Goes Dumb
I recently made a payment using the Lanka QR system through the Smart Pay app. Unfortunately, the transaction was marked as invalid, but the amount was still debited from my account. I hope this issue gets resolved quickly, as it’s frustrating to lose money without a successful transaction.

Very very poor service
I have used this app since last 2 years until nw i have lost my 7000 once and 15000 another time due to there sms update delay and very poor service, they don’t even have any option to check the account number too, once i visited the bank they said that, the falt is in the app and they didn’t even fix it, bank and the app, they don’t have any connection itself, people dear users pls don’t use this app any more pls… great regrets…

Unable to change new number even bank BOC telling that they don't have options to change it

Please give any reminder while your doing system maintenance I think you guys should put notice or send text msg and mentions that the date and time you hope to do system upgrades, in Sri Lanka dialog doing it well they mention it properly Eg:- “My dialog App is under maintenance 10pm to 3am “ like that Thanks
