Body FX Home Fitness

This is a review of the app not the program itself. I joined Bodyfx 4 years ago and this is the only program I have managed to stick with. In those 4 years I’ve had amazing results and I have managed to maintain my wait loss by using the videos on a regular basis. However, since they’ve revamped the app, I’m not a happy customer! The app itself keeps crashing and is just unusable. The website can no longer Chromecast either so i can only view the videos on my small laptop screen. Customer service are very prompt with all enquiries but at the end of the day, it’s just impossible to use any of the videos in a satisfactory manner. It’s been close to 2 months now!

Can’t log on my phone since the update can anyone help please

I got involved with BodyFX for the exercises to Latin dance music, but it has grown so much since then! One can never get bored with such variety available now.

The app used it for 4 years on and off. Wish you would bring back the plain protein pancakes and the solo with Jana

Love body fx thank you loads I started ballroom dancing at 5years old it’s brought back my love of dancing . And even with osteoarthritis in my right knee I manage it I do modify them but it helps xx

This is a great fitness app. So many different workouts from beginners to advanced and all the dance workouts are so much fun! You don’t realise you are working out but they certainly do make a different. You also get great meal plan ideas and a daily email to help you plan your day and keep you motivated. Everything you need in one app.

Having menopausal symptoms just makes you feel sluggish and tied .I really needed to fall in love with working out again .I am from a background of fitness so when I hadn’t been so active it was getting me down . I saw this advert and it looked really fun so I love band work and I started this program with the bands. I am loving it .I started working out 3 times a week and I actually look forward to it . Thank you 🤩 that it’s affordable and enjoyable!!! I am definitely feeling a lot better . Can’t wait to try out my programmes ❤️

Body FX has so much variety that you won’t get tired. Is great for switching up your routines from whither you want fast paced to toning and stretching. No matter what, you won’t be dissatisfied. Highly rated

I was very uncomfortable about my body and health? Untill I saw the body fix the app! I just try to give a go ! One day by one day my streams, my body getting looked better, and I so happy, I keep going, from my size 14 down to size 8. I feel so much happier now, I won’t stop will keep going. ….why not , size down look more younger too , .
