Bodylove Mamas was created for mamas by a mama with passion, experience and expertise. Born in New York and raised in Sydney, Ali Handley launched the platform shortly after the birth of her second child in 2015 and the programs follow her genuine motherhood journey. The collections are built and informed by her pregnancies, postnatal recoveries and life now as a strong mama.

These postpartum pilates classes are designed specifically with the new mum in mind. I have been using this app since first trimester and loved the content. There is a great variety of videos for all stages of gestation. Depending on my energy levels I have always been able to find a class that suits. Will continue to use this post partum for sure . Highly recommend!

Loving BodyLoveMamas! I feel so good, even after a short 10 minute workout, and the variety of class & duration is great. Cues are so clear and I love the countdown and what comes next cues, just so easy to follow, & positive vibes. With three little ones I find it difficult to commit to a studio but I really need the strength that comes from Pilates/Barre etc. so BodyLove is just so great for me right now. ✨✨✨♥️

I highly recommend these exercises to any parent. I have lower back pain and it’s the only thing that keeps my pain in check! Feels great to stretch out and take some time for yourself as well. There are so many different options for workouts that will suit everyone.

This app has kept me sane throughout my whole pregnancy! Have absolutely loved the workouts - you can pick to do a full body one (which I love!) or short bursts. No stress at all if you don’t have the equipment, still feel the burn. Highly recommend!

Not only is this an easy to use and beautiful app, but it is bursting full of professional videos for every stage of motherhood. Ali is definitely Australia’s leading and most knowledgeable Pilates instructor who actually deeply understands and is an authority on prenatal and postnatal requirements. This helped me get rid of pregnancy pelvis pain and is helping me rebuild strength and stop pain caused from breastfeeding, baby carrying etc. The combination of mind, body and breath work is like no other. Thank you Bodylove.
