Great insight to be had!

simple interface and easy to use. it gives you an estimate of how your feeling based off health metrics it gets out of your health app and apple watch! super cool idea. idk how accurate it is but it seems more believable than the dumb apps that claim you slept poorly cuz u rolled over and the microphone heard a noise lol. either way, i recommend it even if it’s a gimmick.

Have been using the app for less than a month but so far so good! Very simple and effective way of getting a snap shot of your daily health/readiness. Developer is very active on the subreddit with updates and responding to questions from the community. Excited to see future updates

I got this app from the developers comment on reddit and I love it. I love indie projects, it’s sleek, free, no ads, no sign up. If this app was paid I probably would pass on it but since the creator seems so genuine it makes me want to pay to support them and we need more developers like this. Incredible.

If you like the Garmin body battery feature, this is an easy way to add it to your apple watch. While there are some other big players in the space (bevel, eclipse, athlytic) this one is free and still provides similar tracking.
