Boingo for Military

Sketchy account process. CAN NOT remove cards?? Don’t actually know if the plan will cancel, Wifi has been out almost a week and no updates, 50 bucks for the slowest wifi known to man, can not delete account, just buy a real internet plan way to sketchy

For some reason the 1 star keep disappearing

Robbing military folks that have no other choice but to pay way too much for extremely poor performing wifi when it’s working at all. Do not use this service if you have the option to escape this monopoly.

Keeps disconnecting everyday after continuous logins and adding the same device over and over again. It will work for 10 mins then randomly disconnects me from the WiFi when it says I have my device on the WiFi

Terrible customer service, they make it VERY hard to even talk to someone or to report an outage. They have increased prices and charge JUST AS MUCH as the competitors with actual routers. Thank you for taking advantage of junior enlisted service members with your increased prices, terrible service, and unreliable coverage. For example, my WiFi has gone out 13 times in the last week, for up to 12 hours at a time…….. I have started to plan for no internet when the forecast shows even light rain, it’s shameful to allow junior service members to pay for this.

Don’t ever use this ever, If you’re even able to connect your devices the connection will be terrible please dont waste your money.

Trash WiFi spotty and slow plus the fact that the base blocked quite a few things DESPITE the hefty $60 price tag. Never written a review in my life, but thanks for the horrible service. Spectrum here I come.

If I have another choice, I will never use boingo, I will never ever ever

I couldn’t even send this review through my phone while connected to boingo since it was that spotty. It goes from functional to not working at all faster than I can even finish my work. Heaven forbid I have any work that I need done. Would avoid this service like the plague.
