Honestly DO NOT recommend I payed for the $80 one which is suppose to be the best and its honestly pretty bad I’ve connected it to my ps5 and when I test internet connection with my ps5 it says 30 mbps

Although boingo is available everywhere the speed and connectivity are unbearable. Some days are decent but you can rely on waiting for anything to load. The price for what you get is unfair to say the least and wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone. The dod should give a contract to spectrum so marines aren’t forced to deal with this service.

I tried logging in to the website on my smart tv(stupid idea make a QR code) and I keep getting stuck on select device, it’s bad enough I’m paying $54 for 3 devices but at least make it easy to log into said devices

bought 200mbps plan so I could play games. To sum it up short didn’t work customer service gave me worthless advice than ghosted me. If your using just for your phone the built in barrack WiFi works fine. If your using for playing the game I don’t recommend find ANY OTHER way possible. Way overpriced too for a bad product. They’re scamming us because there isn’t a better option. I could go on a lot longer how bad this WiFi is.

2 weeks i’ve had 10-20 mbs speeds, i’ve called changed wifi settings dns all recommended by their help line. nothing fixed the problem, if i pay for 50 mbs speeds i should get that.

Why is it that my life phone with just service work better than the Wi-Fi if you going to say blazing fast at least make sure it works at all some of us have family to talk to at home we need Wi-Fi

The speed is okay. The thing that gets me is the pricing. $54 a month for meh internet on only 3 devices. This is simply robbery. They know the guys staying in these barracks don’t have other options so they’re just giving a garbage deal. Also, they rended my account inactive and their terrible website won’t let me re-activate it. Meaning that in order for me to use it for the short time I’m being forced to, I’d have to make a whole nother account for them to data harvest. If you’re in the barracks, I advise treating this as an absolute last resort. Get a starlink or something before this unless you’re only gonna be somewhere a few days.

If you already don’t have wifi connection, but you want to pay $50 a month for no wifi connection, use Boingo!
