I go here often and it’s usually great but there were bones in the chicken and the meat was chewy and not delicious.

Everything was great sauce on side option would be even better
No support option.
They use third party companies as delivery, DoorDash does not assume any responsibility when it comes to your order, and they do not have a support option on the app in to report an error with your order, the only way to resolve anything is to call the restaurant and deal with an employee. Little frustrating when they offer you “rewards” and do not send the item you redeem the points for.
Bolay is the best!
Bolay is just amazing, always has the best, fresh foods. Ever since I discovered Bolay I’ve been crazy about its food!

Missing gift card
I had a gift card linked to my account, the app updated and now the gift card is missing from my account. I threw out the physical gift card since it was saved to my account. I have the gift card number since I thankfully took a screenshot BUT it needs a stupid “e-pin” to even add it to my account. It was a $15 gift card and now what? An update should not take away something as important as a gift card. I’m so upset. UPDATE: NO one has every responded or reached out to me. I’ve messaged on Instagram, commented on their posts, contacted them from the website multiple times and have been ignored entirely. Really makes me question Bolays customer service and care….
Disappointing update
Forcing me to add my credit card just to be able to use the app is disgusting. Try to pretend like you tracking my purchases makes my life easier. You guys butchered a very easy user friendly app. This new update is trash. I’m never going to use this. Goodbye
